Return & Refund Policy
Every single item we produce is custom print-on-demand, manufactured specifically for you when you place an order. Because of this bespoke creation process, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, choose the wrong size, or select the wrong design.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged in transit, contains a printing defect, or is the wrong item entirely, we will absolutely make it right. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at steve@soulster.co.uk.
To help us process your replacement or refund quickly, please include:
1. Your order number
2. A brief description of the issue
3. Clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in
You do not need to ship damaged items back to us. Once verified, we will arrange for a brand-new replacement to be printed and shipped to you at no extra cost, or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Cancellations
Because our automated system routes orders directly to our printing partners (Prodigi and Printful) immediately after purchase to ensure fast delivery, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once an order is placed. If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us within 1 hour of ordering, and we will do our best to catch it.
